I'm very pleased to write this review, serving two primary functions: first, to thank Abrams and Krochak for their outstanding contribution to the permanent residence application for me and my spouse, and secondly to serve as a referral for anyone looking to retain their services. Initially I was skeptical about going through a law firm where I hadn't spoken to anyone - I talked only to Mr Krochak - just once, over the phone, before I made my first payment of legal fees. All communication has been through email, and the firm is very prompt about responding to email queries in a professional, clear manner within one (1) business day. That's very impressive considering the volume of applicants. This also serves as a record of all communication between clients and the firm itself. Even as I made my first payment, I received the "checklist" which CLEARLY outlined the steps to success. I also received a list of all documents required, with information on how to fill them up. Since they are very methodical in their approach, every set of documents was reviewed for completeness and correctness, and the firm has ensured that each form is correctly filled out, free of errors, up-to-date and clear in presentation. All communication from the CIC was forwarded to me the same day, and help and guidance was available WHENEVER required. The guidance didn't stop with my receiving my PR visa - they also sent me a resource list to get me started in Canada, with links such as job search websites. Here's my take on anyone looking to retain the services of Abrams and Krochak law firm: I have personally done a lot of research, gone through a lot of reviews before signing up with them, and I'm extremely pleased and impressed with the level of commitment, professionalism and drive they've shown with my application. It wasn't easy looking for the right firm which not only assists me with immigration but also provides me peace of mind during such a long drawn process. It took us more than a couple of months to decide which firm to choose. We made a couple of calls to Abrams & Krochak’s office. Their response was very good. They were ready to explain all the questions we had especially regarding their fee, interview waiver, and applying from a country different from our country of citizenship .

We engaged them in July 2006 and were able to file the application in August 2006, and by the 30th of August 2006, we got the acknowledgment receipt. From then on, it took another 20 months to get the PR document. Those 20 months were long but they guided us at each stage, even when we had to return back to India for my job. They took complete care of my affairs, by sending couriers on time, and responding to our questions within one business day. At times, we just used to ask some questions as it felt good to hear some news about the progress … and they always responded promptly and with full detail. That used to give use a feeling that everything is alright. We would recommend their service anytime. I started my parents application in 2001. My parents got their Permenant Residency on Septemer 2006. Through out the process Peter's office answered my question with 24 hours, it was true on the first day and it was true until last day. They worked for us with only the fee that we paid for the first time. Until the day my case was closed, I was their client. If this case would have few more years, they would have given the same service. They never asked more fee, as my case took longer time than expected.
