We also offer a free, online Canada Immigration eligibility form to help you determine if you are a candidate for immigrating to Canada. This Canada Immigration eligibility form has no official status and there are no obligations; it simply allows Abrams & Krochak to advise you on whether you are eligible to immigrate to Canada or not.

When completing our free, online Canada Immigration eligibility form located on this site, you will be required to provide personal history about you and your family where applicable. You will be asked to provide information about your previous education and employment history, up to and including the past 10 years. You will also be asked information about family members or dependants, those immigrating to Canada and those who are not immigrating with you.

You may qualify to immigrate to Canada within one of our four Canadian Immigration categories, including:

Independent / Skilled Worker Immigration. If you have at least 1 year full-time, paid skilled work experience within the past 10 years, you may be eligible to immigrate to Canada under this class.

Business Immigration (Investors, Entrepreneurs, Self-Employed) If you have the ability to start a new business or invest in / buy an existing company, you may qualify to immigrate to Canada under this class.

Sponsorship of a Spouse/Partner or Dependent Child or Sponsorship of a Parent/Grandparent If you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and have a family member that wants to join you in Canada, you may be able to sponsor him/her for Immigration; or, if you are from another country with a relative in Canada, he/she might qualify to be your sponsor.
